Sorry but i believe this branch has closed. I showed up on Saturday morning and the building looked cleared out. Nothing inside, no signage, no tellers.
All BB&T changed to Truist . What a joke ! Went in the branch and nobody can tell me why my money can’t be sent .I’ve never had this problem with BB&T to this extent .
Slow, dirty, outdated. They should close this branch. Nobody was willing to help. I spent 15 minutes waiting only to be told. We need to finish some things and we’ll be right with you.
Costumer service is horrible bank staff takes there time doesn't have the currency of appreciate costumer time!!
