Just awful, If your not a customer they charge you $8.00 to cash a check. I thought they stopped that in the mid-2000s Trinity Bank practices take your money elsewhere.
Posting for Alan Heck… When opening a new checking account in July 2022, was told of a 0% interest rate credit card for 12 months on balance transfers. I accepted that promotion and transferred 3 cards onto the new Truist card. I knew it would involved a balance transfer fee. Now come to find out the ‘Relationship Banker’ woman didn’t know her products. This card is charging me interest! Previously BB&T, tight quarters getting in and out of. But the customer service here is outstanding. All staff makes sure each visit is like seeing family again. Love this location and its staff.
I love this bank branch! Whether I am dealing with Shelby, Audra or Judy, I have had nothing but good experiences. They always know you by name, and always are willing to see what they can do to help if you have questions about your account . I use to bank at another bank over 10 years ago and had nothing but issues ALL the time with my account. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED I have been banking with BBT for many years and WAS always extremely happy with them UNTIL just recently. I don't know if it is due to their recent merge with SunTrust or just the staff in this particular branch who are completely inconsiderate and down-right incompetent. I called them regarding a recent issue with my account. They instructed me to come into the bank and they would be able to resolve the matter.
