Customer Service Is Non Existent, BB&T Will Steal Money From You Legally By Charging You Service Charges On ATM Usage When The Money is Available, and Then They Turn Around And Say "ohh your money was not available" And They Assess A $36 NSF Fee, They Also Charged Me $36 NSF For A .50 Transfer From Checking To Savings, Claiming The Money Was never Available When It Was, Otherwise The Transfer Would Never Have Taken Place.
