Constantly stealing my money , the drive-thru never opens on time, and since Truist brought them out, it's nearly impossible to get anything useful out of them, including the app, which freezes constantly, rendering it unusable. I'm switching to Chase Bank, and so far I'm overly pleased in comparison.
This bank is slow, inefficient, and occasionally rude.
I’m glad it’s also a Suntrust now, service is pleasant however the drive through is understaffed and can be very slow. Avoid high traffic hours.
Open at 8 am and stay open at drive through to 5:30 pm. Help us working customers!
