Poor staff that are unhelpful and rushed. Not sure if it's because they don't have the necessary resources, are mismanaged or if the staff is poor. Expect to wait, even in slow hours(2:30 PM in my case), maybe not get what you need, and then have to drive to another location that is better equipped to process your request. Not rude perse, but this place definitely needs help.
Slowest bank I have ever been too , every time I come to this location I’ll be here for over an hour for a simple transaction
They charge $8 to cash THEIR OWN CHECKS! Totally unexceptable! Will never have anything to do with this horrible "bank". Crooks!
Rude rude and more rude. Only person in drive thru but there was Not a hello not a welcome to Truist not a thank you .Today was the worst . Awful service
The worker in the drive-thru does not care about her customers and has no respect for her customers, the worker is not welcoming and does not receive her customers with a smile or at least says hello, I do not want to see her in the drive-throw
