Professional and kind staff. I love this branch, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Zay is a kind and helpful gentleman. He always took care of all my transactions and help me whenever I have an issue with my card. I recommend this branch and back because I never have any problems with my card neither with any transaction. Everything is smooth and simple. Mr. Zay who is a teller at this branch should be recognize for his hard work and tallent also his fellow associates.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The lady that handled my transaction was very very rude. She yelled my info out and intentionally tried to embarrass me. The check I was cashing was a big check and she acted like I was trying to call a bad check. I just wanted to deposit the check now after she got done with me it has a 12 day bold on it that is rediculous for a 6 k check seeing how I've brought bigger and had no problems. This is not how you treat people and now you lose a customer your fired

Terrible customer service. Sandy the branch manager gave me zero assistance with an insurance check that was fully endorsed, but not to her liking. She printed out a prior check that had cleared but would not give me a copy of my own documents and mentioned I could commit fraud with such paperwork. My mind is blown as I have been with them for over a decade with plenty of money in my savings to back up the check. She told me to go to another branch! I will instead move my bank. Thanks for nothing Bbt Clearwater team.

I've used the drive through at this bank for years. Today was the very first time I entered the building. It took over 45 minutes to complete my deposit. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
