The lesson I learned is to call and make appointments myself and not rely on anyone else. Their staff has poor customer service and seem to be unaware of what's going on. If it were up to me, I would close my organization's account and move it elsewhere posthaste but unfortunately, the body has to vote on it. I'll be doing some research. I felt unsafe in their facility due to the customer base, and some of the staff had personal side conversations with customers. I had to stand in line to make a withdraw for almost 30 minutes, with only 1 person in front of me. Only God knows how long he was there before I came. Johnathan is most helpful, but it seems as if he's the only person who actually works in this place. The rest of the workers should be replaced... immediately!!!

This bank is the slow bank in the world. It needs more BB&T tellers. They always have an attitude. You all way have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to make a simple deposit. If I could give them zero stars I would.

No one knows what going on in there. Wanted to remove person from the account. They told me I have to come in person. Came to find out it's no longer an option.
