JUly 19, 2012, I wrote a review that I did not like the pick background on the ATM machine at the BB&T bank in Inman, SC. Well, the screen is still pink AND the machine has been OUT OF SERVICE for two days in a row. This makes it hard for me because now I have to drive to Spartanburg which is 14 miles out of my way to withdraw money from the ATM machine on Church street. Oh, BTW, the machine on Church St. is a much better looking machine, blue background, and it has NEVER been OUT OF SERVICE when I go by there. It is also a ... read more
I do not like the pink background on the ATM machine. It is very hard to read against that color of background. What was wrong with the blue background? Why change something that is working perfectly well? I also don't like the way the ATM machine takes the card and then gives it back before you can start your entries. And why can't I make more than one transaction at a time without re-entering my card? BB&T is said to be one of the best banks in the southeast.
