I hate this place . The service sucks.. The ppl look at you as if they have a problem with you when you walk through the door. Deposited money into my account, their ATM messed up my deposit. So I went in and ask if they could help.. They said the guy who check the machine went to lunch. I leave my contact information. How hard was it for them to watch the video to see me at the machine putting in money and not receiving a receipt. They would have clearly saw me put money into a machine. HORRIBLE BANK! I can’t give it a negative so I had to give it one. This bank held my husbands check for TWO WEEKS and NOBODY knows why. All they say is “sometimes the system does that”…BS! You know why you just don’t wanna do your job and actually look. So the whole time the check is held bills are coming out and your giving his account overdraft fees. Make it make sense. I went there on 11/11/2021 around 10:30ish. they were closed. drive thru and lights were off inside.
