Worst bank ever!! Unprofessional employees and supervisors. Confusing online credit card access. Hate this bank.
I had a very disappointing experience with Trust Bank and especially with the manager, Adam. When I called for an update on cheque issued to a credit card for my payoff, the response I received was unprofessional and uncertain, showing a lack of knowledge and courtesy. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, Adam ended the call in a very rude way by hanging up. This is not the level of service I expect from a professional financial institution. Branch manager is just awful at his job.
Credit Card Promo Failure I signed up for this credit card based on the promotion of earning 20,000 bonus miles if I spent the required amount within the first three months. However, the card took nearly two months to arrive due to delays caused by the issuer. Because of this delay, I had virtually no time to meet the spending requirement, yet I was still denied the bonus miles.
