Extremely Frustrating Bonus Account Experience – Feels Misleading I applied twice for the Truist account-opening bonus, and both times my application was denied with Code 131, stating they “could not verify my information through their digital process.” This is after I provided my Social Security number, driver’s license, and multiple digital proofs exactly as requested. Seems this branch has gone way down hill. The level of professionalism from the staff at this brach is unbelievable how they speak to you. They also never answer the phone at this location. Long term Premier customer will be switching banks over this branch. Hopefully Truist sees all the bad experiences over the last several months and makes changes!

I had a very disappointing experience with Trust Bank and especially with the manager, Adam. When I called for an update on cheque issued to a credit card for my payoff, the response I received was unprofessional and uncertain, showing a lack of knowledge and courtesy. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, Adam ended the call in a very rude way by hanging up. This is not the level of service I expect from a professional financial institution.
