I recently refinanced my vehicle and BB&T beat out Chase, Wells Fargo, and Regions Bank with their amazing low rates. The real reason I'm writing this review though is for Pat. She was outstanding. I rarely meet someone who inspires me to tell others about them, but Pat is that person. She is congenial, kind, caring, and most of all sincere. I don't have many banking needs, but when I need something, I am definitely going back to Pat at BB&T. Thank you Pat for making me feel appreciated.
Pat is great, I've only recently started banking with BBT and Pat has welcomed me with open hands. She has redefined the meaning of being a personal banker!
