One of the best banks I've ever dealt with. I've been going to this location for years and see the same faces behind the counter, all friendly and ready to help. I drive by another BB&T location to get service with a smile.
Worst banking experience I've ever had. I'm a regular banker and every time I come in there's a lady with attitude. She rolls her eyes, is nasty to not only me but her co workers and at one point she had her daughter in there arguing with her about not wanting to watch her kids. NOT PROFESSIONAL. If I could switch banks I would! And they need to update their answering machines.
Had a family emergency and call ahead if they could wait for me to deposit money for my mother-in-law out of state. They said I had one min to get there, once there I was there the door was locked and refused to help me, even though they have customers inside.
