Can't perform deposits at the ATM. Have always been able to do this at suntrust before the merger?
Whoever the teller was when I came to cash my check, I could hear them on a private phone call for more than 15 minutes. Even after saying “excuse me” and asking for help several times, I only got “yes?”. I left after 15 minutes sitting at the drive through window and never got anyone to help me. This was on 10/11/2021 at 2:50pm.
Extremely disappointed. I needed to deposit a check so I went thru the drive thru. Not sure what was happening on the inside but the teller took my deposit And didn't return. After waiting 15 minutes I starting pushing the call button. Finally got someone to help m . But waited another 10 minutes for them to do the deposit. I couldn't even leave because they had my deposit.
Had a great experience at this branch. I believe it was Richard P, a personal banker who assisted me with my business account. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he reaffirmed why I bank with BB&T. Wonderful service!
