Worst bank experience ever. I have had countless problems with this bank and this experience tops it off. I came in very polite and asked to withdrawal $5,000. They then told me that they could get me my money next week. She then went on with saying my signature was chicken scratch. And I even had to pull out my passport to show her that it was my actual signature. It is truly the best bank in town
I've never left a review for a bank before, but then again, I've never enjoyed working with a group of folks as much as I do the BB&T Johns Creek branch. In fact, I recommend them to any of my customers that are in search of a good local bank with regional exposure.
