I frequent this BB&T as well as Sturbridge. So glad that they've had a change of staff in the past couple of months. Some of the old staff was very toxic and hard to be around! The new tellers are very patient and really helpful. Great branch!
Rudeness and ineptness abound at the Chantilly Branch. An incompetent teller can be overcome with great customer service; but you want get that either. Go elsewhere.
