I went up to this bank to create a business account, for a business that I own. They immediately locked the account. Calling the support center, they said that I was not verified as the business owner, when I filed as the business owner. I filled out the required paperwork, provided the information needed, and they locked the account. Omg, no wonder they have a 2.7 rating. My wife needed to pick up some documents she signed the day before and the branch failed to give her a copy. She called in the morning and talked to an employee who said they would have someone call her back. No call. She called again in the afternoon and again talked to an employee who promised a call back. No call back. I think I need to find another bank. Wake up Truist leadership, It's time to overhaul this branch!
