One Star is very generous if you ask me. I have banked with them 10 + years As well as having a secured credit card with them for the last 4 years. After two years of having the secured card I go in and ask for it to be changed from secured to unsecured all the while already been approved by two other credit card companies to be told that my credit is not good enough to do that. How can it possibly take two weeks to send me a replacement debit card? The temporary card I got doesn’t work for Apple Pay, Redbox, etc. Your ATM in Graham doesn’t accept deposits from BB&T customers yet. Your new online banking App crashes constantly. BB&T, or Truist, I guess, continues to be the worst bank of all time and I cannot wait to switch at my earliest possibly opportunity after 20 years as a customer.

Has anyone ever gotten fake money from this bank? My boyfriend got a fake $100 Friday at this bank and just found out tonight when he paid our rent and they tried to put it in the bank and they wouldn’t take it! Anyone know what I should do or any advice
