Worst branch in Charlotte. Manager was disrespectful and didn’t want to make a wire transfer after 4pm. I took cash and went to PNC and they did it for me. I’ll try to avoid this branch in future.
I didn't think a bank could get any slower .. after 100 years of drive thru banking this is the best we can do !!! Come on guys !! Just spent 20 min.in a drive thru with 2 cars!!in front of me really one car as I pulled out line after one car sat there for 15 min. Maybe it's time to fine a new bank and move my business accounts with me !! And all my houses .. over a drive thru. ONE MORE THING IMPRESSIVE REVIEW SCORE YOU GOT .. DOES ANYONE CARE !!@#^$$&
Slow service I have currently been waiting for 24 minutes for them to cash a check for me and there was only 1 other person in the lane beside me when I got here and I have been turned away several times now due to them not having enough cash available to cash my checks one was for $3,000 and the other one was for $5,000
The lobby is still not open! Appointment only. Give me a break! 30 minutes in the drive thru to make a deposit. Time to move my banking
Lady is very discriminative to me at the bank because of my English, what the braindead clearly fails to realize is I speak 6 language and English is 6th on that list, very bad experience 01-26-2021
