Needed to have something notarized and they have a drive thru window just for this. Staff is super friendly.
So first thing in the morning i go to cash a payroll check, granted i didnt have an updated license so they wouldnt allow me to cash even i have cashed it countless times at this same bank but whatever i digress. I go to another bank cash with no prob but i go back to that same dumb bank with that same wonderful teller to deposit money in my family member account, please remember i said DEPOSIT. I was in the branch today and got a checked cashed and instead of cashing the check they treated it as a withdrawal. Basically stole my money. Customer service can't do anything so have to go back to the branch in the morning. If they can't do what needs done and get wrong what I plainly asked for might I suggest working elsewhere.
This bank is the worse bank around the staff they have are rude like they don't even care about their job you always have to wait long times in lines they can't even cash a check right and when they do they want to hold it for days there debit c debit cards chips never work and when you need a new one guess what they make you pay for it I don't care if you get a new card the chip will not work I have done it so if you guys see this I would not bank here if you do you will be piss
