Completely professionally throughout the encounter, listened to what I needed, reached out to her support team where needed due to new procedures with BB&T and Truist merging in October 2021. She was able to deliver 100% customer satisfaction!!!

Two of the female bankers racially profiled me & had me in tears!!! Black women deserve better in 2022!! I made a deposit 2 months ago (cash) & because I wanted to withdraw a large amount, the lady looked at my skin tone & automatically told me my check isn’t cleared.
