There is only one good employee that gives great customer service at this location. I do not recommend this branch.
Horrible experience. Customer service is horrendous. Even accessing online information is horrible. Finally got new atm’s just to cheat customers out of more money. Then they say they aren’t liable. Also has an agent by the name of Kirsten who notarized letters for friends who forged people’s signatures, no Id was shown nor was a party there when such documents were signed. Branch manager refuses to accept misconduct.
Great Customer Service. Always greets you with a Hello and a smile.
Leave it to BBT to let my card be hacked multiple times where other people can withdraw money at ATMs around the country but so secure that they won’t let my wife access my information when my card got locked while I’m in another country and can’t call.
