The incompetence at this branch is frustrating. I presented today with written wire instructions from my brokerage account and they refused to wire funds even though ALL the information was contained in the instructions which came directly from the brokerage company . Truist, do better
Amazing coustmer service sandra assited us and we were very pleased!!
Poor customer service, and I constantly have problems with my card. I get maintenance fees that I have to call it out to get reversed every month and I generally hate this place.tried to close my account and the next morning (not even a full 24 hours) got a text for a 36$ overdraft fee. How could I overdraft when I when to the bank and asked for the money left in it from the teller? We even calculated the pending charges.
