Kong called on 11/10 to tell me that they can not review footage. I called back on 11/11 and have NOT heard a response back. This place is ridiculously run. I made a cash deposit on 10/20 through the drive through teller (Mo) at 4:21p. He asked me the amount of cash and I confirmed the amount. I did not have a deposit slip with me (my mistake).
