I have banked with BB&T for many years. I am thinking of moving my accounts. Whatever caused BB&T to move its branch from Cosner’s Corner made Absolutely no sense. Now we must go to Sun Trust on Southpoint Pkwy where they are not equipped to handle all the customers.The drive up window always has cars lined up and God forbid you venture inside, 2 tellers, one for Sun Trust with no one in its line and a long line at the BB&T window. the bb & T bank has a terrible customer service I do not recommend it at all 🤢🤢🤢🤢
