I went in to get something notarized and received awful customer service. Very rude and nasty about it and then the teller refused to notarize a simple letter.
Do NOT go to this branch!! They are slower than whale snot in the dead of winter!!
The lack of customer service we experienced was not just once. Reason why I’m writing this review. Seems like many of the employees want to do the bare minimum and are not one bit sincere when they turn you away and say they’re “sorry”. A notary service as a customer should be honored and not have conditions. The teller that “helped” us was quick to tell us “no” we can’t do that, forcing us to pay for the same service elsewhere.
