Piss poor customer service. I had a check issued to me by a customer of BB&T with an account there. The lobby was closed and only 1 lane was open on a Friday afternoon. I waited in line for over 40 minutes to get to the window. I had both my wife's and my driver's licenses that showed both our signatures on it.
