Horrible experience with this bank, the receptionist had told me to and I put this in quotes, “Go F Yourself” I had to make a quick stop to pick up a temporary card since mine had unidentifiable charges on it which is when I had kindly asked someone to help me with this issue, I had been waiting for a good 35 minutes! Keep in mind I arrived here at 12:00 PM and had not left until 1 PM, for such a simple issue. The worst bank to work with during this pandemic. Even if you make an appointment they question you about the service you’re requesting. I cannot fit in a drive through. Definitely not at all friendly worst customer service. I only come here because its in fron of my house but now I wouldnt even mind making an hour drive if it means not coming here
