Everything was totally fine until one day the talk to the manager AIDA I believe is her name very rude lady who have no idea how to talk whit costumers very I drive extra 20 to 35 minutes to the other truist on 41 and 60 nat to deal whit her if need something from the bank... This review isn't about any specific branch,but instead about the entire financial center..My car payment is due on the 24th of every month.Never ever been late and actually paid sometimes before its due. Some reason they updated their system and didn't inform me of the changes..I paid my payment before I left my job on the 22nd of October 2024 never received a confirmation receipt like I have for the past 4yrs. Very rude bank tellers.
One ATM on the outside and the teller told me to walk to the drive thru and get cash from the ATM that's in a busy drive thru. She could of taken my debit card and help me out vs putting me at risk and leaving this nice bank with a liability. When you have Biden workers in the workforce this is stupid decision that happens.
