Great service.
Worse customer service ever ! Don’t answer the speakers and rude ! After you close that many branch … Al least you can upgrade your customer service . Specially on this branch . You about to loose a fed up Costumer
WORST BANK!!! been trying to cancel a credit card with them for over 3 year and still get charge I have paid over $500 to close an account .. this bank is a JOKE then after closing my account I get a check in the mail for $26 to later get a letter in the mail stating that I owe $8.00!!! JUST RIDICULOUS
Everything was totally fine until one day the talk to the manager AIDA I believe is her name very rude lady who have no idea how to talk whit costumers very I drive extra 20 to 35 minutes to the other truist on 41 and 60 nat to deal whit her if need something from the bank... I like to make clear everyone else there is super nice I hope she get removed so I can go back there une day
