Very bad customer service experience ... One of BB&T customers here to make a purchase ....could not get any live person on the 24 hour line ... just not an option available at all, so called this customers branch. Could not get any one to call back or help...after 4 calls to them for assistance from 12 noon through 1:30pm Friday, never got a call back, got the run-around, finally gave up.
