Branch Manager provided the customer service level of an Alpaca, but I think she’s a Llama.
Branch Manager has an awful attitude and is unwilling to help but was willing to talk to her friend on the phone.
Still lacking the switch over to trust where you can use sun trust and bb&t together These banks have been working on this for years and still have not gotten any better
Service in the drive thru window is soooo slow at this location. Update: Went from 3 to 1 star. It's taking longer and longer it seems each time I come here. So inconvenient. I just don't understand what takes so long to deposit a check!?!?!
I am a SunTrust customer and generally use the SunTrust Center just up the road. I saw this one on my lunch hour and it was a little closer. I ran through the Drive Through to cash a refund check I received from paying off a loan early. You would have thought I was trying to cash a million dollar check it took so long. I will not be back.
