Just closed out my account after more than 20 years. Rude and incompetent staff. Just avoid BB&T—it’s been 20 years of frustration.
Ever since BB & T merged with Suntrust (our old bank, which we loved)- their customer service has gone downhill. I just waited 45 minutes on hold, not once did anyone come on the line to apologize for the long wait! Finally hung up after it was obvious that no one was going to answer
Sometimes coming here is tense and unfriendly. Most of the time, I have no problem.
Could Esteban *not* act so disgusted and annoyed when I come in to deposit money and get change orders? I would really appreciate some follow through with my comment, I come in at least once a week.
This is a smaller satellite branch with skeletal staffing. However, for basic banking services it is just fine. If you need to meet with someone, there’s a possibility you will have to schedule an appointment with them, because they may be rotating between two or three locations.
