I been with bb&t for years. But their costumer service continues to decline. They are rude and always in a rush. I don't want to say all of them. But there's too many. I had a bad experience with two of the clerks this evening.

The hours on this facility really need to be updated real inconvenience going to an establishment that says they’re open till 5 PM on a Saturday and you can’t even get in the door and no phone number to call
