Very slow service
This is 1 star too many I would definitely give it none if I could... I waited in line patiently and was supposed to be next but they insisted on taking all BB&T customers first before their partnered SunTrust customers...Worst bank experience ever
The WORST bank ever! I tried to cash in some change I had on me on my way home. I stopped at BB&T. For one, they insist you have an account to even be able to cash change in, which I do. I give the teller my bank card and she refuses the transaction because I don’t have an ID. This place has cashed a check of mine, not deposited, with no ID only my bank card. The inconsistency at this bank is a joke, I cannot wait to close my account!!
Without a doubt the slowest bank I've ever had to deal with. You'd be better off driving to one further away if your in a hurry or just in general don't want to wait 45+ minutes for service. Its not really busy it just takes them almost an hour to get through 3 cars, and thats a daily basis
