Has to be the worst by far I have been having money taken out of my account and I don't get off work till 330 do when I call at 3:35 there closed and the office hours are 7 to 4 they won't call me back and I have been telling people that have asked me where to bank not to bank here because they barely help me at all when I need it
If I could Give 0 Stars I would Custom Service is HORRIBLE HERE PLEASE USE ANOTHER BRANCH it's not worth the stress
This Branch has horrible customer service ATM machines are down often. When they don't want to do something they tell you to go elsewhere. Staff is not friendly. They've been short staffed for months. Oftentimes during business hours when branch should be open you can't get in because it's only one person. This Branch should be shut down and they all should be FIRED.

This bank is a joke, false advert. I opened an account with BB&T in October because i got the promotion letter in the mail. I came into this branch and Met with Aissoau. She explained everything to me but never told me if my account was in a negative i will be disqualified in getting the promotion of $200 to my account. I made sure i met all requirements.
