Oren was very helpful to me at this location, assisting me in making a wire transfer and walking me through the whole process. Even in middle of this pandemic it was a good experience and I look forward to continuing to do business at this branch.

With the lobby closed, I expected all three lanes open or fast service with the single lane that was open. You can't let a customer sit in line for 10 minutes knowing the lobby is closed and those of us who only have time on our lunch breaks to handle business. And if someone happens to come in behind you, you're stuck as there's no way to move at this location. Not a happy customer at all.

I went to the Hoover branch on John Hawkins to see if they could provide copies of checks. I had statements, ID, documents to prove my authority to request this information. I was denied because I did not have the request on letterhead. We are a nonprofit community management organization with no office, no employees, and no letterhead. I feel they went out of the way to deny my requests for the information. The lady I dealt with, Takeisha, was uncooperative, and appeared to look for obstacles in working with me.
