Horrible customer service, routinely operates without a manager even on the premises. Ridiculous requirements to maintain accounts. Switched to 1st Advantage and couldn't be happier.
BBT Lightfoot branch has been my bank since I moved Helen's Place to Lightfoot many years ago. I find the tellers and managers to be efficient and simply delightful to work with!
Every time I visit this location there is ONE teller working both the lobby and the drive through. I decided on my last visit (which was on a Wednesday around 4:00) I would go inside instead of waiting in the drive through. My thought was someone else in the bank would see a line and help out. There were 3other people inside, that I could see, with no one at their desk. Meanwhile, there is a line at the drive through and 3 customers inside.
