Horrible bank. NO interest. Fees for EVERYTHING!!!! They make you jump through ridiculous hoops just try to and close an account too! dont bother. There are many banks that offer much better rates. BB&T if only out to find ways to charge you fees so they can steal your money.
I was visiting from out of state and had to close on the sale of a property before I returned home. This branch allowed me to receive emails, send emails and even use the conference room. I was extremely pleased with the service.
I received some good help here but was disappointed that they never called me before some cee-dees matured.
