They wanted to charge me 9 dollars to cash a check that was drawn from their bank. What a rip off
Have been a client for more than 6 years and today the banker wanted to disrespect me and have a rude attitude for no reason would recommend not using this bank or location

I can only hope Sun Trust takes over and corrects BB&T operations. I have no experience with Sun Trust. At this point it is immaterial as I have exhausted my patience with how BB&T operates.
Duan Johnson really tries to be "The Best Banker In Town". He always goes the extra mile to recommend products are services that will benefit me as well as my business. He's a great guy and BB&T is a terrific bank.
