Awful bank manager The main reason we stayed at BB@T was convenience and we liked the teller. The manager, on the other hand, is rude, and not very helpful when needed. We had a serious crisis and I had to go to another branch manager to get it resolved. That was the last straw and we have since been researching local banks to place our funds.
