36 minutes to speak to customer service is unacceptable. Worst of all, they locked my debit card due to “suspicious activity”, also known as … buying from Amazon. BB&T or Truist now, is the worst bank in all of Sarasota/Florida/United States.
With covid 19 we all have to be patient but waiting for over 15 mins at the drive through for just 1 car that was at the window already when I got there is to much. Can't management keep an eye out. The poor teller can only do so much, but maybe call for help. If the doors where open they would have another person step in if they noticed someone in line for that long. I could have driven to the Fruitville branch and back in the time and gas it took to get help.
Very good staff every time we go there enjoy backing there
