Worst branch. Every time I go to withdraw money, they give me a song and dance. They never have enough help and the manger lacks customer service skills. They should close this branch or they will lose tons of customers.
Only 2 stars because Maurina is great. Otherwise, 1 star experience getting a debt consolidation loan from Truist. They are deceptive, and the rudest company I’ve ever worked with. I needed 5.5k to consolidate some loans, after a new auto purchase raised my monthly payments considerably. I’m todays climate, 5k is not a lot of money. I have been with Truist (BBT) for 10 years.
