In the last 5 years drive thru has been slowly getting slower and slower every day. Sitting in line line for over 25 minutes it outrageous. Fix it please.
This particular branch. The teller was very kind. The woman under the manager, was very hateful, condescending. I am only trying to close an account. She was telling me definitely incorrect information. Other branches were welcoming, kind and helpful. I went to this branch because it is closer and I wanted to do business with them. I will never go back. The treatment by thus person was atrocious. And unfortunately you have to deal with her with everything but teller information.
Extremely slow and unfair customer service in driveway. ATM always down
A complete joke. The ATM never works. Unfortunately this is my closest location because this one sucks.
Just awful place, even the new people get trained to be rude. Can’t even train them to know which is change & deposit. Can’t even get there work done on time for night slips, money misplace, only had one good employee & left for probably a good reason.
