terrible everything. close banks no notification. no service
I have been a customer with SunTrust for 15 years. Before the merger everything was great. But ever since they became trust their customer service has degraded and their banking system has become beyond useless. Their text update with my balance is literally 24 hours old and when I look at the app to check my balance it is never consistent. It will fluctuate sometimes hundreds of dollars back and forth with no warning and my not having made any purchases in days for the balance to change. Horrible service, wait times on main line are over 1 hour and it has been this way now for 3 months. Called today to Ocala, FL location, girl Roselee (SP) put me on hold to find out if I can make a auto loan payment with a pre-paid debit card, she put me on hold to ask a manager and so far I am at 22 mins 19 seconds. I think they are waiting for me to hang up.. Like I said horrible.
