Overall, good. The bank tellers are nice and competent, but when you ask the people at the "desks" for any help, they have told me to go online and fix it. Sometimes the online assistance features can be buggy and if you go to the people at the Colonial/Bumby branch they usually don't want to help you. Perhaps they are overwhelmed, but I also know that they will put a lot of energy into getting you to open a new kind of credit card or some other account with them. I have never shared a review on a bank before although this experience is note worthy! I was welcomed normally when entering (little nervous being I was asking for a loan transfer) Hung Nguyen so joyfully greeted me and I went into his office. I never smiled, laughed and felt so comfortable at a bank before! He is so professional, yet so endearing, very efficient! Hung’s energy was of none other! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANK YOU Truist!! ( formally known as BB&T ) for him & making me comfortable and smile:)
