SUPER inconvenient location. There are homeless people who unfortunately have mental issues either being aggressive or asking for cash along the street and corners in the area. There's no parking. The ATM machines don't allow a cash deposit, you can only withdraw cash or check your balance, I tried every single one to double check. There's no Tellers on site, like literally no Teller counter. I saw the security guard (I think I heard his name is Keith) screaming at a disabled person that parked in the handicapped spot. Told the man he couldn't park there because he "wasn't disabled enough". I am unsure why he thinks he is qualified to say that because the man had a handicap sign on his license plate, which allows him to park there. As a small business owner, baking with SunTrust (now truist) has been the worst possible business mistake I've made. The digital app is horrific, the staff seems to be misinformed, and everything that can go wrong has. My business is even spelled wrong on the card..
