Worst BBT I’ve ever been too. They’re slow and make it 100% clear that they don’t care. Super unhelpful and there is a particular older, Caucasian woman with grey hair who is disrespectful every time I go to deposit money. She is even rude to my mother every time she goes. That will be the last time she is rude to me and doesn’t get an ear load back. Too big for her unprofessional britches

I needed to open a new account but wasn't sure where to start. Lorenda Strickland was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and sweet in guiding me through the process. Five stars!

They were wonderful. When my father was dieing, they spent a lot of time helping me get his finances in order. I cannot imagine how I could of done it without their help. I thought so highly of them, I called the main company Manager and told him how much they helped me in a very difficult time. They are a small bank, and extremely helpful and sometimes they do get backed up. They are as close to a family run bank as you are going to see here in Virginia Beach. I hope you have plenty of time on your hands if you need to talk to someone other then a teller, also the older female tellers have attitude problems!
