If you want good service, always go to a branch and never call anyone at a toll free number. Have the branch call for you as the people at the customer service desks taking calls are terrible. Save yourself un-needed stress and make the trip.
I like this bank,when ever they see a transaction that doesn't look familiar they text me and stop the transaction to see if its me. I have no complaints with truist banking
Customer Service is outstanding!
Worst bank do not use. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or actually do there job. Incredibly unprofessional.
