Great bank and great customer service. The two Venice Truist banks need to be trained by the associates at the Englewood bank on customer service!
If you want good service, always go to a branch and never call anyone at a toll free number. Have the branch call for you as the people at the customer service desks taking calls are terrible. Save yourself un-needed stress and make the trip.
I like this bank,when ever they see a transaction that doesn't look familiar they text me and stop the transaction to see if its me. I have no complaints with truist banking
