Bad location and confusing way to enter... can’t use the first drive through lane as it’s “only” for ATM use. Staff acted put out that they had to actually help a customer. I will gladly switch banks before returning. Get it together BB&T and hurry your merge so we have more options to choose from in the Nashville area.
This branch is a joke. They do not know how to set up a temporary card. I'm beyond fed up with BBT. Will be closing my account out and taking business else.

Was a customer here for 11 years. Worst bank service ever. They treat you like dirt and are rude whenever you call them. I closed my account and moved to First Horizon.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but most have left since the original post including the awesome mortgage loan officer.
