This branch of Truist never existed and the calls forward you to the Commerce Street location. They don't clarify that you are talking to a different branch. I ordered foreign currency at this number and ran all over town to pick it up. Overall the merger and rebrand to Truist has been terrible and I would not recommend using this bank for any reason. I called to get a stop payment on a transaction, the wait is most ridiculous but anyway called 8 days before transaction charge me 35$ for the service that they never did, the money still came out my account, I talk to someone about my 35$ dollars cause you didn't provide me with service. I swear I bout to leave this bank. Suntrust merging sucks!
After doing business with this bank for years, it's very disappointing to have to do business with another bank. Due to bank closures and atm removal without notice, to learn, after driving 24 minutes out of my way to learn my bank is no longer there is a huge problem for me.
