Im not sure if BB&T owns the whole building and I never seen these people in the actual bank on church and first st downtown Roanoke but im using the advertisement on the side of the building. Because it's occupied by several other businesses. But maybe you can get more stuff done if you stop hanging out in the alley smoking. I recently went to BB&T to apply for a loan. Lana Kekerovic was the branch banker who helped me at the time. In a business in which people are viewed as numbers and not as individuals it was refreshing to encounter someone like Lana who not only has an expansive knowledge of the banking industry but is also committed and diligent in regards to meeting client's needs and helping you find the best deal possible.
