This location is closed. Suntrust and BB&T joined calliing them Truist Bank, the suntrust up the road now says Suntrust and BB&T on the sign. it is almost it is next to mcdonalds just a bit further on Herschberger Rd.
Location is permanently closed, moved to Suntrust/BB&T/Truist joint branch a few blocks away at 1401 Hershberger.

Melissa was super rude. Transferred me to another lady in the bank who was just as rude. Told me they were going to transfer me to customer care and hung up. She Questioned my account purchases for some reason asking me why I was buying certain things. Called the Salem branch and they were much more respectful and helpful. This branch is terrible. Letting my friends and family know not to do business at the Roanoke location anymore.
My applauds go to this organization. I showed up at the drive thru this morning knowing I had a greater need than the standard transaction (sorry for the people behind me in line, but no one honked at me! 😃) Anyhow, I received terrific, patient, professional customer assistance beginning in the drive thru lane. I had a spur of the moment request to open another account and they scheduled me right in for an appointment.
